Cap Pavilion is a beautiful four-bedroom villa, inspired by Oliver Messel’s Caribbean designs and constructed in an open-architectural style from coral stone rendering, with cool green shutters and detailing.
The villa has been decorated to a high standard with bright tropical fabrics and antique furniture throughout. Part of the house faces the Atlantic coast and so is always cool and breezy.
There are three wings built around a central courtyard with covered walkways and coral rendered arches connecting each area. On the lower level is a guest wing with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a private outside area, a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and all have ceiling fans.
On the upper level is 2 further double bedrooms with either 2 twin beds or a double bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a casual sitting and games area with cable TV.
There are two spacious sun decks affording spectacular views. The large sitting room has louvered French doors leading to the courtyard and the tropical gardens, and glazed quadruple doors opening out onto an airy covered verandah. There is a formal, open dining room that can comfortably seat 12 people. The house is situated in four acres of grounds, with the area around the house fully-landscaped with lawns and tropical flowers.
