Atlantis a super luxurious villa located high on the hill side in the exclusive Cap Estate in the north of St Lucia offering 5 bedrooms and over 8000 square feet of living space. The property is surrounded by established tropical gardens which are expertly manicured and has some of the best views in St Lucia.

Although spacious, Atlantis does also exude a welcoming and warm ambience and is a great spot for entertaining and family time.

The curved driveway leads to this fabulous home with its impressive welcoming entrance and elegant coral stone staircase. The single storey villa’s walls are built from natural local stone. As you enter you are immediately greeted by the soothing peacefulness of the indoor courtyard with water feature and koi pond which opens to the Caribbean sky above. The property has been upgraded to a high end modern style however it has not lost its historic old Caribbean feel.

As you step inside, the home beckons in all directions. There are two areas in the living space, the formal lounge looks onto the villas wrap around verandah and pool deck. The interior walls are a beautiful mixture of coral stone and natural local stone, with silvery grey tones contrasting with the high vaulted, dark stained ceiling, an original feature which was hand-crafted from beautifully finished natural wood. A casual style TV room lies to the right off the main living space, and the kitchen and formal dining room open up to the left.

Step through the French doors onto an expansive terrace which greets you with some of the most breathtaking views imaginable. The outdoor living area offers comfortable areas for relaxing and dining.

The enormous 60’ infinity pool offers bird’s eye vantage of the hills and golf course below and will invite you into its cool waters for a refreshing dip of vigorous swim.

Several guest bedrooms are laid out in an interlocking floor plan off the beautiful indoor/outdoor atrium near the courtyard. Cathedral ceilings and lots of arched windows ensure every bedroom is bright and airy.  There are 5 bedrooms in total, bedroom 1 is to the left of the courtyard and has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other four queen bedrooms are functionally laid out, of which three feature an ensuite bathroom. Within easy reach of these bedrooms is a cosy tv room, complete with DVD and a small movie selection.

The crisp white kitchen is so well equipped with state of the art appliances and is finished to the highest standard, making cooking here a dream. It also features a large family dining table if you wish to dine and cook in this space. The villa has its very own carefully maintained herb garden which is tended to daily and the cook will always fetch some fresh herbs for the daily meal preparations.

The staff of this St Lucia rental includes your own Cook, Gardener, Maid and Pool man who will look after you during your stay.
