Casa Ocho Grande is a stunning eight bedroom villa and located in the prestigious gated community of La Zagaleta.
The villa has been constructed over three levels and includes an elevator to take you to each floor. As you enter into the villa through the impressive front door you will be amazed at the elegance and openness of the house. The large windows throughout that let the natural light pour in giving off an ambient and spacious feel.
Walking through the entrance of Casa Ocho Grande and down to the stylish hallway you will arrive at the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has several plush sofas and large windows that allow you to enjoy some of the most stunning views of the mountains. Next to the living room is the dining area which can seat 14 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the latest Gagganau appliances. There is plenty of worktop space for you to prepare culinary delights. Beyond this kitchen is a smaller kitchen and utility area.
The living area opens directly out to the terrace and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. Days can be spent relaxing on one of the plush sun loungers and enjoying the Mediterranean sun. The terrace has a built in BBQ and also outdoor kitchen and food preparation area. There is a bar area and bar stools for six which is a great place to enjoy an aperitif. There are many daybeds and sun loungers for outdoor relaxation and you will be spoilt for choice on places to relax. Take a dip in the large swimming pool or enjoy a glass of champagne in the jacuzzi. Walk around the beautifully landscaped gardens and take in the views of the mountains. Being outside whilst staying at this villa will definitely give you a Zen like feeling.
Back inside, just beyond the formal living room is an additional living area with TV and cosy fireplace. There is an opulent guest powder room and office area. This office can also be used as an additional single bedroom for a surcharge and there is an ensuite shower room.
Going up to the first floor is a bedroom with walk in wardrobe, double bed, terrace area and ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to this bedroom is another bedroom with same amenities. Just down the landing is the master suite complete with dressing room and ensuite bathrooms with his and her sinks and double shower and freestanding bath. The room also has a hidden projector screen which takes the idea of home cinema to a new level. Plus you have access to a private terrace with sofas.
A further four bedrooms are located on the lower level of Casa Ocho Grande. Two bedrooms feature kingsize beds which can be configured as twin beds. The other two bedrooms feature kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms. All eight bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own private terrace area.
The villa also has an open plan games area with pool table, large sofa area overlooking a 64-inch television, bar area, kitchen and wine fridge which opens onto terraces with a ping pong table and additional sofas. Next to this is a fully equipped gym with boxing bag, all the latest gym machines plus a sauna and and expansive shower area. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor and finally a spacious laundry room with the latest equipment.
