COMO Parrot Cay – The Sanctuary Estate is a unique beach property made up of three houses on the private island of Parrot Cay in the Turks & Caicos and offers unparalleled views of the Caribbean sea and the lush tropical gardens.
The Estate is one of the most luxurious 11 bedroom villas in the Caribbean and is made up of the main house and 2 guest pavilions. The estate can be rented as a full estate property or split and rented separately depending on availability.
The Sanctuary reflects both the natural serene beauty of COMO Parrot Cay and an incredible peaceful spirit, the hallmark of its fashion designer owner Donna Karan.
The Sanctuary main house features 3 bedrooms, each with luxury en-suite bathrooms, plus outdoor shower and Jazuzzi, a private swimming pool uniquely located on the first floor of the home, and a media room with large projector screen, perfect for relaxing evenings watching a film.The guest pavilions have large glass windows and each have a master bedroom and living area, a further 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as an infinity pool.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in each house and the amenities include toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stovetop and a microwave. In addition each house also has a small galley-style pantry stocked with refreshments. The Living/Dining Area offers deep-seated sofas and reading areas, fax machines, direct dial telephones and Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning and iPod docking stations. There is a formal dining area in the main house which seats up to 20 people.
In the grounds is a private pavilion flanked by a main pool where guests can relax, eat and watch movies. A further al fresco dining area comfortably seats 20 guests.
Guests of COMO Parrot Cay – The Sanctuary Estate have access to all the amenities and activities at the resort such as complimentary Yoga and Pilates Classes (six days a week), complimentary non-motorised watersports, Catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, waterskiing, and access to 2 floodlit tennis courts.

Lotus’ Poolside Restaurant – Lunch features a selection of light dishes including local Caribbean-inspired specialities. Dinner focuses on South-east Asian-inspired menus designed to be shared family style.
Terrace Restaurant – Breakfast is a continental buffet and à la Carte menu. Dinner features Italian-inspired Mediterranean cuisine.
Lotus’ Pool Bar and Terrace Hotel Bar – Serves fresh juices, fine wines and exotic cocktails.
In Room Dining – Available between 7am and 10.30pm.
COMO Shambhala Menu – Healthful cuisine including food rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals, raw food menu items and predominantly vegetarian selections, available at both restaurants and from room service.
