Royal Villa 26 is located in the prestigious resort of Royal Westmoreland on the West Coast of Barbados. This luxury townhouse holiday rental is set in a ‘horseshoe’ of villas around a 25m communal pool and lovely landscaped gardens. It is a beautifully appointed semi-detached 3-bedroom property and comes complete with a housekeeper, 24-hour property management and security.

The open plan living and dining areas are located on the first floor and boast high-vaulted ceilings giving an airy and bright space. The living areas open onto a wide, covered terrace with relaxed seating and an alfresco dining area where you can enjoy the views of the tropical gardens and the large Royal Villa swimming pool.

Royal Villa 26 includes a well-equipped and stylish kitchen and comes complete with cable TV, stereo and DVD player, as well as broadband internet connection.

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The Master Suite and second bedroom are furnished with a King and Queen Bed respectively, and both open onto seating areas. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can easily be zipped together into a Queen, meaning this property is both great for three groups of couples or a family.

Guests staying at Royal Villa 26 are entitled to access golf at the 18 hole championship Robert Trent Jr. course. For the use of the amenities of Royal Westmoreland such as clubhouse, tennis, spa, gym, and beach club membership inclusive of beach chairs and umbrellas there is a fee of US $10 daily per villa. The Resort Fee is payable at the Resort Registration Desk on the collection of your Resort Card.

Golf Membership is not included with this villa.

Compulsory Resort Fee:
Guests are required to purchase resort cards at a cost of Bds$20.00 per guest per day. Children under the age of sixteen (16) will not require guest cards. Visitors are asked to carry their cards at all times so they can be produced upon request when using the facilities, which include the Sanctuary, Gym, Tennis Courts and the Beach Club. Guests acquire their cards at the clubhouse registration desk and pay locally.
