Palm Ridge 18 Seventh Heaven Royal Westmoreland

“Seventh Heaven” Palm Ridge 18 is a spacious and luxurious five bedroom villa situated within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort.

On the ground floor, the villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining and living area and  powder room. The villa is also complete with an outdoor dining area, perfect for breakfast in the mornings, as well as a dining gazebo by the pool for al fresco lunches or dinners. The living room opens onto a covered living area near the pool deck, and wet bar.

The ground floor encompasses two en-suite bedrooms both with their own private patios which offer views of the lush tropical gardens. Both bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds which can be converted to one double bed if required.

The master bedroom and third en-suite guest bedroom are located on the first floor. The Master is outfitted with a king size bed and offers a spacious private terrace with views of the resort and out to the sea beyond. The third guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds which can be converted to doubles . The fifth bedroom; located in the semi-detached annex of the property, is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be joined. This bedroom is accessible via the main driveway, offers an en-suite bathroom and is suited to additional staff such as a travelling nanny or personal assistant.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Seventh Heaven offers social golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.

*Optional day passes at US$10 per person, per day are required for use of Royal Westmoreland amenities. Children under the age of 16 do not require passes.
