Villa Senese is a remarkable historic villa set within more than sixty acres of Tuscan countryside. Situated upon a dramatic hilltop, the villa is renowned for its views over the surrounding landscape.
Set across two levels, Villa Senese has been lovingly restored, ensuring that the original budding and architectural features remain present. Inside, dramatic wooden beams, rustic tiled flooring, and warm colours set an authentic Tuscan tone. The living area is the central hub, offering inviting seating and an elegant billiard table. Next door is the TV room, where up to six guests can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace for a more intimate evening. A further living room can be found on the first floor, seating up to twelve guests. An office is adjacent for any business requirements and there’s also an excellent games room featuring a ping pong table and a gym with sauna for relaxation.
Meal times are well catered for, thanks to a high-quality and spacious kitchen plus a dining room that can seat fourteen.
Outside, the villa really impresses, with more than sixty acres of gardens to explore. The outdoor heated swimming pool is excellent for those relaxed afternoons, complete with pergola-covered seating area and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, refrigerator and sounds system. There is also a wood-burning pizza oven for that authentic al fresco experience and an internal courtyard that ensures excellent privacy for family meals.
Main Villa
In the main villa building, guests can find the majority of accommodations. These include one king bedroom with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with tub and hand-held shower, one king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and one king bedroom with a fireplace, office area and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and hand-held shower. There are also two queen bedrooms which share a bathroom with tub and hand-held shower, and two further king bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub and hand-held shower.
Guesthouse
In the separate guesthouse, there are two double bedrooms each with its own en-suite with shower.
Siena is a fifteen-minute drive, while Florence and Rome are within reach by car.
