Villa Baan Kilee

Villa Baan Kilee is a world-class luxury villa situated right on the beachfront in Thailand’s Samui region. Offering eight bedrooms and a wealth of upscale amenities for all of the family to enjoy, this is a villa unlike any other.

Surrounded by tropical gardens and situated right on the sandy shore of Lipa Noi Beach, you’ll be in a private paradise during your stay, with no need to leave unless you wish to explore the picturesque surroundings. Designed in a striking modern Thai style, the villa stretches across an impressive floor plan with eight boutique bedrooms, impressive communal spaces, and a central infinity pool.

The villa has been created with the concept of connecting the outdoors with inside, and there are many huge sliding doors and windows that let you remove boundaries between indoor spaces and the lush surroundings. This is especially noticeable in the games room, which provides direct access to the children’s playground for young ones to enjoy. There’s also a remarkable fitness room with panoramic sliding walls, a huge lounge with a spectacular 20-person dining table, a bespoke kitchen and a home cinema.

Outside, the villa provides many spaces for guests to enjoy, including the vast 22-metre infinity pool with sunken loungers, the outdoor dining table, yoga terrace, and hammocks. Oh, and did we mention that the beach is just a few steps away, too?

Accommodation

Villa Baan Kilee offers eight bedrooms, with a capacity for fourteen adults and two children. The rooms are luxuriously designed, with upscale amenities and attractive views from many rooms. Five rooms feature king beds, while the other three have two twin beds each.
