Villa Ermelinda

Villa Ermelinda is a beautiful six bedroom villa spread over 3 floors and has breath taking views of  Lake Maggiore. The villa can comfortably accommodate 13 guests, and with pretty nearby towns to visit, this is a fantastic choice for families or groups.

The main floor is entered in an elegant hall with an antique wooden spiral staircase. A spacious living area is off to one side of the hall and features marble fireplace, comfortable sofas, a bar and Grand piano and a cosy lounge area with TV. This living area leads out to a large furnished patio area with views over the lake.

There is a fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen and a dining room with table seating  for 13 people. Another room on the ground level can be used as a sixth bedroom and features double sofa bed.

Four double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, are located on the upper level. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and a pullout sofa bed, also with ensuite shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and has a safe and satellite TV.

The lower level of Villa Ermelinda has been transformed into a wellness area with treadmill, exercise bike, Turkish bath, massage room and Jacuzzi for 5. In the lower relax area there are also a table football and a ping pong table as well as a spacious area furnished with sofas. For families with young children, there is also a playing area equipped with a car-track carpet, little baby chairs, rocking horse and many toys. Families with young children are catered for as there are 2 baby high chairs,2 baby beds, 1 stroller and a baby warmer for milk.

Villa Ermelinda does not disappoint outdoors. Comfortable sun loungers are dotted around the large heated swimming pool. Evenings can be spent on the verandah from which you can continue to enjoy the surrounding views.
